Qurbani ki Fazeelat Aur Ahmiyat
عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا هَذِهِ الْأَضَاحِيُّ؟ قَالَ: «سُنَّةُ أَبِيكُمْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ» قَالُوا: فَمَا لَنَا فِيهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «بِكُلِّ شَعَرَةٍ، حَسَنَةٌ» قَالُوا: ” فَالصُّوفُ؟ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ: «بِكُلِّ شَعَرَةٍ مِنَ الصُّوفِ، حَسَنَةٌ». رواه ابن ماجه (3127)، والبيهقي في السنن الكبرى (19017).
Translation: Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam (R Z) se riwayat hai ki Sahaba ne Rasuluuah (S A W) se sawal kiya ki: ai allah ke rasool! Qurbani keya hai? Aap ne jawab diya ki: “yah Hazrat Ibraheem (A S) ki Sunnat hai”
, phir Sahaba ne poochha hamara is me keya fayda hai? Aap ne farmaya: “Qurbani ke janwar ke har baal ke badle me ek neki mile gi” (Sunan e Ibn e Majah: Hadees No: 3127, Sunan e Baihaqi Hadees No: 19017).
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَا عَمِلَ آدَمِيٌّ مِنْ عَمَلٍ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ أَحَبَّ إِلَى اللهِ مِنْ إِهْرَاقِ الدَّمِ، إِنَّهُ لَيَأْتِي يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ بِقُرُونِهَا وَأَشْعَارِهَا وَأَظْلاَفِهَا، وَأَنَّ الدَّمَ لَيَقَعُ مِنَ اللهِ بِمَكَانٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقَعَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ، فَطِيبُوا بِهَا نَفْسًا. رواه الترمذي في سننه (1493).
Translation: Hazrat Aisha (R Z) se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah (S A W) ne farmaya ki: “Bakra eid ke din insaan ka koyi bhi kaam allah ke nazdeek khoon bahane (yani qurbani karne) se zada behtar aur achchha nahi hai,

wah Qurbani qayamat ke din apne singhon khuron, aur balon samet aaye gi, Qubani ka khoon zameen par girne se pahle hi allah ke yahan qabool ho jata hai, to us qurbani ke sath apne dil ko khush karo ”. (Tirmizi Shareef Hadees No: 1493).
Qurbani Kis Par Wajib Hai?
Har musalman jis par Zakat farz hai yani wah har saal zakat deta hai us par qurbani zaruri hai, aur zakat us aadmi par zaruri hoti hai jo sare 52 tola silver ya sare 7 tola gold ya itni hi saman ki qimat ka malik ho us par qurbani karna zaruri hai.
Qurbani ke mamle aadmi ke paas jo maal hai us par saal ka guzarna zaruri nahi, qurabani ke do teen month pahle gareeb tha aur qurbani k ek week pahle wah maaldar ho gaya tab bhi us par qurbani zaruri hai.
Qurbani Kis Ke Naam Honi chahiye?
Bahut sare elaqe me yah mashoor hai ki kisi ghar me agar pahli baar qurbani ho to huzoor (S A W) ke Naam se honi chahiye jab ki aisa Kuchh nahi hai agar kisi ke uper qurbani farz hai to sab se pahle us ke Naam se zaruri hai.
Han agar kisi ke uper qurbani farz nahi hai to wah huzoor S A W ke naam se kara sakta hai, aur wah jis ke naam se chahe kara sakte hai, isi tarah jis par qurbani qurbani farz hai wah apne naam ke sath sath huzoor (S A W) ke naam se bhi kara sakta hai.
Qurbani ka Time

Masla: janwar kharidne ke baad us me koyi aib nikal gaya to agar aadmi sahb e nisab yani maaldar hai to us ki qurbani sahi nahi, aur agar gareeb ho to wah us ki qurbani kar sakta hai.
Gareeb Aadmi Ka Janwar Qurbani Se Pahle Mar Jaye Ya Gayab Ho Jaye
Gareeb aadmi ka qurbani ka janwar agar qurbani se pahle mar jaye ya gayeb ho jaye to us par dosre janwar ki qurbani zaruri nahi hai.
Agar gayab none wala janwar qurbani se pahle mil gaya to us ki qurbani zaruri hogi.
Masla: Gareeb aadmi qurbani ki niyat se ek janwar kharida lekin qurbani se pahle wah gayab ho gaya, phir us gareeb aadmi ne ek dosra janwar kharid liya, uske baad gayab hone wala janwar bhi mil gaya to ab us gareeb par dono janwaron ki qurbani zaruri hai.
Maaldar Aadmi Ke Qurbani Ke Janwar ke Mar Jane Ya Gayab Hone Ka Masla
Maaldar aadmi ka qurbani ka janwar agar qurbani se pahle mar jaye ya gayab ho jaye to us par dosre janwar ki qurbani zaruri hai.
Masla: Agar maaldar aadmi ka gayab hone wala janwar qurbani se pahle mil jaye aur us ke milne se pahle wah aadmi dosra janwar khareed chuka tha to ab usko ko ikhtiyaar hai chahe gayab hone wale janwar ki qurbani kare ya baad me jis ko kharida hai us ki kare, gareeb aadmi ki tarah us par dono janwaron ki qurbani zaruri nahi.
Qurbani Ka Sunnat Tarika
Apni qurbani ko khud apne hath se karna sab se achchha hai, keyu ki Huzoor (S A W) apne hath se qurbani karte the, agar aadmi khud achchhi tarah se zabah nahi kar sakta to dosre se zabah kra sakta hai magar zabah ke waqt qurbani ke janwar ke paas rahna afzal aur bahtar hai,
Qurbani se pahle janwar ko khoob achchhi tarah bandh de, aur us ko Qibla yani khana kaba ki taraf kar de, aur zabah karne wala khud bhi qibla ki taraf ho jaye, aur chhuri ko bhi tez kar le.
Qurbani Ki Khaal
Qurbani ki khal ko apne kaam me lana sahi hai, agar khaal ko bech dia to us paise ka Sadqa karna zaruri hai,

What is Qurbani?
Qurbani, or Udhiyah as it is known in Arabic, is the word that describes the sacrifice of an animal to Allah (SWT) during the period of Eid ul Adha.
On Eid Ul Adha, which marks the completion of the annual Hajj pilgrimage, the Muslim world celebrates and honors the tradition of the Prophet Ibrahim (Alahi Salaam) by sacrificing an animal and distributing the meat to those in need.
Who should perform Qurbani?
The general rule is that Qurbani should be performed by adults of a sane mind and affordable means. The Hanafi ulema says it is wajib (obligatory) while the other schools of jurisprudence say it is sunnah. However, it is generally agreed that if a person can afford Qurbani, they should perform it.

What animals are sacrificed at Qurbani?
The animals to be slaughtered at Qurban are goats, sheep, cattle (cows or bulls), buffalo or camels. According to the rules of Qurbani, they can be male or female but should be in good health, free from disability or handicap, and above a certain age.
Goats and sheep must be at least one year old, while cattle must be two years, and camels five years.
How many Qurbani animals do I have to sacrifice?
Qurban animals have shared. Sheep and goats have one share each, camels and cattle each have seven shares. So for a single person, Qurbani is fulfilled with a sheep or a goat. Up to seven people can share in the purchase of a cow or a camel, and the sacrifice will be made for the seven.
1 small animal (Sheep or Goat) = 1 Qurbani
1 large animal (Cattle) = 7 Qurbani
You can make as many Qurbanis as you want – for example, two or three shares in a cow – and on behalf of as many individuals as you like, including those who have passed away.
When is Qurbani performed?
Qurbani can be performed from the 10th day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah until the sun sets on the 12th of Dhul-Hijjah. The best time is to perform the act of Qurbani is immediately after the completion of the Eid-ul-Adha prayers.
When should we give money to Qurbani?
Money for Qurbani in Pakistan and Tanzania can be received until the 2nd day of Eid ul Adha. For all other countries, we cannot accept any Qurbani payments after 5pm on the day before Eid ul Adha. When making your Qurbani donation, please bear in mind that Qurbani prices vary in different parts of the world.
How is Qurbani meat distributed?
Ideally, the meat from Qurban should be divided into three equal parts – one for the home, one for relatives and friends, and one for the poor and needy. The meat from Qurban can be distributed to the poor or rich, Muslim or non-Muslim.
However, because of the relative lack of poverty in Western countries, many Muslims prefer to have their Qurbani performed in poorer countries or those in dire need, and the meat to be distributed to the neediest or those suffering adversity and poverty
